A house for a father with two adult children, each with their own family. The father occupies the bottom level while each of the families have their own wing. The large kitchen, dining room, living room, media room, and roof gardens allow for communal living. The house is situated to take advantage of the cascading landscape and the winter view of the ocean. The house accomodates the modernist bent of the father while embracing the more traditional instincts of the adult children.
